Viking's Beginners Classes are broken up into multiple groups depending on the gymnasts age. The classes range from PeeWees to Gym Stars and range in age from 5 to 8 and older. Each class focuses on improving not only the physical skills of all the gymnasts involved, but also teamwork and disciplinary skills of those in the Beginners Classes. If the gymnast is joining the Beginner Classes from Tots, this will be a flawless transition that will allow them to greatly expand on their skills that were developed in Tots.
